When Heather emailed me and asked us to photograph her family I was super pumped and a little nervous. Yes, it is an honor to photograph another photographer, but it always comes with a little added pressure. That was soon elevated after meeting Ben & Heather, who are a husband and wife team based in Wausau. Their daughter Emma isn’t shy in front of the camera and is a little photographer in training. She just so happens to be Riv’s age.
Nothing was going to come between this family and their fall photos. It rained, snowed, and the wind blew, but we all persevered and came away with some fun rustic portraits taken here in the Northwoods; so thankful for the hand-warmers. Ben you rock!
We feel so blessed to be able to meet peers within our industry and have relationships that exceed beyond ‘work’. I can’t think of a better profession to be a part of and we look forward to future outings with the talented and adorable Kessler Family.
