Elegant yet rustic. Chic, playful yet romantic! These are just some words to describe Katelyn and Lucas’ Rondele Ranch wedding. The lovely bride and groom got hitched in front of 200 guests in this charming, quaint ranch. This is where the wedding ceremony took place followed by a fun reception.
Before finally exchanging their vows, it took them four wonderful years to build that beautiful relationship. It was at Lake of the Clouds Michigan where Katelyn and Lucas had their first date. They were not in a rush and took the time to get to know each other. This couple shared major milestones before getting married.
A year after their first date, they bought their first home. A month after, they got their first dog named Elsie. Seven months later, they thought of adding another family member and bought Sadie, their second dog. With two dogs and a home, Lucas wanted a family he can call his own. So during the cold month of February 2020, he finally asked Katelyn to marry him. And two years after their engagement, they exchanged their ‘I dos’.
Katelyn was simply stunning in her white wedding gown from Tie the Knot Bridal Boutique. The dress looks well-detailed and timeless. The bridesmaids, Katelyn’s closest friends, look pretty in their eucalyptus dresses. Lucas, together with his groomsmen, also looked polished in their blue suits. The bright bouquets added more colors. The vibrant colors of the flowers decorated the gazebo and were perfectly styled.
At the reception area, the guests could also check out some old photos lined up on a long table. These are photos of people closest to Katelyn and Lucas celebrating with them from heaven. It was a personal piece of wedding design making their wedding more intimate and special.
‘Every love story is beautiful but ours is my favorite,’ this quote was also one of the beautiful handcrafted designs on the wedding venue. This is a beautiful reminder to everyone that every wedding has its story. Every couple is different. What a privilege it is indeed for our team to be part of such a momentous event. For this wedding, our team got creative with the wedding venue and reception area. The calm lakeside was a perfect blend against the botanical garden beaming with colorful flowers. The Outdoor gazebo painted in white stands out against the perfectly manicured green lawn. This was one of our favorite places for group shots.
We also snapped some dreamy shots off the bridge. This steel bridge and the vibrant colors of the flowers on the pathway added color to Katelyn and Lucas’ romantic wedding.
