Ordering Your Photos

 

1. Go to http://jamesgstokes.instaproofs.com/
2. Select your event from the list of events.
3. Enter your password and email and click the ENTER EVENT button.
4. Your photos will appear as thumbnails below the products category.
5. Click on the category that you would like to view.
6. Your images will appear on the page. You can adjust this amount by changing the drop menu IMAGES PER PAGE to the right of your screen.
7. Click the NEXT button to see the remainder of your images.
8. An easy way to view your images is to click the VIEW CATEGORY SIDESHOW link.
9. From the slideshow screen, you can select the HEART icon to add photos to favorites. Also, you can email photos to friends and family from this screen.
10. The favorites that you select will be the ones that will be edited for color, skin texture, and creativity. Choose photos that you know you would like to see printed or want to use in products.
11. To order photos, click on the image you would like to order.
12. An ADD PRINTS TO CART heading will be to the right of your screen. From there you are able to choose ORIGINAL or B&W (BLACK & WHITE).
13. Click the CHOOSE PRINT OPTION… drop menu arrow.
14. A list of PRINTS and SETS/OTHER OPTIONS will appear. 
15. Select the print size(s) you would like to order.
16. To the right, enter the quantity you would like to send to your CART.
17. After you have selected the correct amount and print size(s), click the ADD PRINTS & ITEMS TO CART.
18. A new screen appears containing the contents of your cart. Before you click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button, click the ENHANCE PRINT button.
19. Under PHOTO EXTRAS, there are the following drop menus: RETOUCHING, PROFESSIONAL SURFACES, SIGNATURE OR WRITING, MOUNTING +MATTING, CUSTOM FRAMING, & GLASS FOR FRAMING.
20. All images are printed on E-Matte Surface paper unless an alternative surface is selected here. This is also where you can mount and frame your image, add text, or have your images retouched professionally.
21. When finished, click the UPDATE ORDER to return to SHOPPING CART.
22. Click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button if you wish to add products or prints to your order.
23. Repeat steps 11-18.
24. To order photos products, click the PRODUCTS CATAGORY.
25. Click the thumbnail above the product you would like to order.
26. A new window will open containing information about the product and a SELECT AN OPTION drop menu and a QUANTITY box.
27. Select your option and input your quantity. Some products contain a box where you can include custom notes.
28. After clicking the ADD TO CART button, you can then select the accompanying print(s) by browsing through the available images as normal and selecting the ‘special option’ choices that will be made available to you in the print selection drop list.
29. Click the CONTINUE SHOPPING icon within the PRODUCT DETAILS box.
30. Repeat steps 11-18 until you have fulfilled your product quota. The image drop menu will now contain a SPECIAL OPTIONS header; this indicates that this is the print size you are required to select to finalize your order.
31. After you have finished your shopping, click the sub-header, HAVE A GIFT, CREDIT, OR REFERRAL CODE? CLICK HERE TO ENTER IT NOW.
32. A small window will pop up containing a box for you to ENTER DISCOUNT or REFERRAL CODE.

33.   Click SUBMIT CODE to add this promotion to your order.

34. Continue, by selecting the COMPETE ORDER button near the bottom right corner of the screen.
35. Here you will be asked to enter your name, billing, and shipping information. There is a box near where you can write special instructions or add comments.
36. Click NEXT STEP.
37. Proceed by entering your personal credit card information. Wisconsin Sales Tax is added in this step.
38. Select your PAYMENT METHOD and input your CREDIT CARD NUMBER with EXPIRATION DATE & VERIFICATION CODE.
39. Click COMPLETE PURCHASE to send your order.
40. You have competed your order and your prints & products should be arriving with if a few weeks. All orders are final. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns with in 24hrs.
